The Challenge
Field technicians were using paper forms for inspections, leading to illegible data, lost forms, delayed reporting, and no real-time visibility for management.
Our Solution
We developed an offline-capable PowerApp with checklist templates, photo capture with annotations, GPS location tagging, customer signature capture, and automatic PDF report generation sent to both customer and office.
Results & Impact
Report submission time reduced from 2-3 days to same-day, 95% data accuracy improvement, and customer satisfaction increased due to instant digital reports.
