The Challenge
A cooperative of 50+ farms had no unified view of operations. Each farm maintained separate records, making it impossible to benchmark performance, optimize resource sharing, or make data-driven decisions.
Our Solution
We created a centralized Power BI solution integrating data from farm management systems, weather APIs, and financial records. Dashboards show crop performance by region, equipment utilization rates, weather-correlated yield analysis, and cooperative-wide financial health.
Results & Impact
Resource sharing between farms increased by 60%, crop yield predictions became 85% accurate, and the cooperative saved $2M AUD in the first year through optimized operations.
